What can the gift cards be used for?
NEIRA gift cards are redeemable for lodging and additional services or amenities that can be charged to your room during your stay at any one of our over 300 member properties throughout New England.
Can I use the gift card at the restaurant, spa, or other outlets on the property?
Gift cards must be used during a hotel stay. Whether they cover dining, spa treatments, or other experiences is up to the hotel—and each property may handle it a bit differently. For specific questions, please contact the property directly.
Can I use my gift card to book or pre-pay for a room reservation?
You will not be able to use the gift card to book your room in advance. The property will require a valid credit card to hold the room, but rest assured, your gift card value will be applied to your stay upon check-in. Do gift cards expire?
Purchased cards never expire. Bonus promotional cards expire one year after issue date.

Should I let the property know that I will be using a NEIRA Gift card?
Yes! make the reservation directly with the property and notify their reservations team that you will be using a NEIRA Gift Card.
Do I have to use the entire value of the gift card in one stay?
Not at all. If your total charges are less than the gift card value, the leftover balance will be stored on the gift card until your next use.
What if my charges are more than the value of my gift card?
No worries. If your stay charges exceed the gift card balance, you can simply pay the difference using another payment method.
How can I check the balance of my gift card?

Can I transfer my gift card to someone else?
Yes! Gift cards are not issued to a particular person. You can simply give your card to someone else to use.
Can I return or replace a gift card?
Gift cards are non-refundable and, unfortunately, can't be returned or replaced if lost.
