An exclusive multi-course vegan, plant-based dinner event  featuring Bon Appetit’s Test Kitchen YouTube Vegan Chef Chrissy Tracey.

Each course will be paired with a selected wine.  The evening begins with a welcome reception  followed by a three course dinner inside overlooking the Long Island Sound.  The evening concludes with an exquisite dessert.

Chrissy Tracey is a self-taught freelance vegan chef, artist, forager, YouTuber, and serial entrepreneur in the food and wellness space. She is the first vegan chef to be featured on Bon Appetit’s Test Kitchen YouTube series. Her recipes and work have been featured in Epicurious, Farm Sanctuary Magazine, VegNews, and the Vegan Review.
