Cedar Crest Inn

The Maine waterfront town of Camden on Penobscot Bay is just 3 1/2 hours from Boston and makes an excellent base to discover the Maine mid coast! The picturesque harbor even has an 1830's lighthouse. It's no wonder Camden is known as the "Jewel of the Maine Coast." We are only 2 hours to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park.

The Cedar Crest Inn is ideally located in town and is brief stroll away from all the fine shops, dining and the busy Camden waterfront. Wine, food and windjammer lovers will revel in the fantastic finds found here!

We've come a long way since starting as Cedar Crest Overnight Cabins in the 1920's. Our buildings are modern and were constructed in the early 2000's.

We feature 37 large guest rooms that offer the privacy of a hotel with the ambience of a country inn. Bedding in rooms features either single queen bed, two full beds, two queen beds or a single king bed. Some rooms even include a pullout sofa for families. All guests enjoy free wi-fi internet, cable flat screen tv's and air conditioning. Coffee and tea is always available in the lobby. All rooms have mini refrigerators and some have a microwave. We do have a limited number of pet friendly rooms.

Outside, find 3 acres of manicured grounds, an outdoor heated pool,  a children's playground and picnic area. Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner at our Oliver's Bistro who also serves beer and wine.

We are open for your mid coast getaways and vacations from May to October each year and look forward to welcoming you to our inn!
