Water Therapy - SUP Explore Tour

Refresh mind and muscles as you spend three hours on Lake Megunticook, mastering the Stand Up Paddleboard Explore Tour - all levels are welcome - instruction provided.



This three-hour tour is perfect for all ability levels, from beginner to long-time SUP enthusiast. After an introduction (or review) of SUP basics, you will explore the nooks and crannies of beautiful Megunticook Lake or the lovely Megunticook River.



Bring along some paddling snacks to include locally made Bixby Bars, granola and fruit. Also included is Glendarragh Lavendar & Peppermint lip balm and either a Sea Bag wristlet, handcrafted from recycled sails on the working waterfront in Portland, Maine or their Navy & White Hitch Bracelet, crafted with Lemon & Line's New England made double braid line and stainless steel hook clasp.



Advanced reservations are required and subject to availability.

This tour is available three times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays & Sundays at 10am.

Available June 25 through September 15, 2021.
