Deposit Policy:
We require a deposit of 1 night of lodging or half of a package reservation. The card will be processed at the time the reservation is made. Deposits (less $25 processing fee per room) are refundable only if we are notified in writing 14 days prior to scheduled arrival. If reservations are made within 14 days of arrival, deposit is always non-refundable in case of cancellation. There are no refunds on late arrivals, early departures or on unused portions of packages and meal plans. Refunds are made by check or credit card. No shows and cancellations are subject to applicable taxes.
