One of the best times to visit Cape Cod and the Islands is during the last handful of days in August, commonly referred to as Back To School Week. The climate is often near perfect, less or no humidity, with clear blue skies. The kids have returned to school so there is far less traffic on the roads, and no standing in line at each attraction. Every thing is however still open and there is room to breathe again!
