This historic Adair Inn serves as a perfect romantic retreat for adults who need a weekend escape. Situated amidst 182 acres of tranquil woods, the country Inn's peaceful ambiance makes unwinding easy. The Inn offers welcoming, personalized service and award-winning New England style cuisine at the on-site restaurant. As a guest, enjoy magnificent views of the Presidential Range, complimentary home-cooked breakfast, and afternoon tea. The Inn has eleven spacious rooms with on-suite bathrooms, almost all with fireplaces, featherbeds, Nespresso machines, and jetted tubs. Common areas include a reading nook, living room, dining room, and "Granite Lounge" complete with a fireplace, pool table and large screen TV. The area offers golf, hiking, biking, swimming, theater, shopping, breweries and more! Book your getaway and relish in the natural attractions of New Hampshire's White Mountains with a relaxing stay at this classic country estate.

 

Dining

The Restaurant at The Adair Country Inn is proudly American in its cuisine, serving classic, New England inspired dishes. Using locally sourced ingredients, Chef Steve Learned approaches his creations with a thoughtful consideration of seasonality and culinary heritage. Enjoy a fireside meal in our upscale yet comfortable dining room with classics like Pan Seared Ahi-Tuna or succulent Grilled Lamb Chops. In the Summer, dine al fresco on our scenic patio to enjoy the Inn’s stunning greenery and mountain views. Elevate your meal further with one of our staff-recommended wine pairings or spirits to perfectly compliment the savory flavors of the evening. The Restaurant is open to Inn guests and walk-in diners alike, Wednesday through Sunday, 5-9 pm. 

Rooms

Each guest room at The Adair is named after a peak in the Presidential Range of the nearby White Mountains that also serves as a picturesque backdrop to the Inn. Each room is unique in terms of layout, furnishings, and views, but all are comfortably and thoughtfully appointed with antiques, bathrobes, fireplaces, featherbeds and Nespresso machines.
