Franconia Inn

Our lovely 3-story white clapboard, colonial-style Country Inn features 29 beautifully appointed, cozy guest rooms, 3 luxury suites, a living room, library, newly renovated dining room, a rustic pub, and 2 spacious porches with beautiful views of the White Mountains. Much more than a scenic winter ski resort, The Franconia Inn is an enchanting getaway for all seasons. Our prime New England locale provides easy accessibility to all the White Mountains have to offer, as well as to the serene charm of a quieter country life.

All 34 rooms in the Inn are individually decorated and vary in size. Smaller rooms (called "cozy") have one double bed. Larger rooms, or corner rooms (called "spacious"), have either a king, queen, 2 double or a queen and single bed. "Standard" rooms fit right between cozy and spacious. All have private baths.

Tastefully appointed, the Inn's decor is comfortable, inviting, and elegant. Cozy fireplaces add a warm ambiance to our oak-paneled private library and spacious living room. Our front veranda faces east to greet magnificent sunrises over Cannon Mountain, while our back veranda faces west to catch the setting sun behind Sugar Hill.

Family Suites: 2 rooms which are connected by one common bath. Ideal for families or a small group of friends.

Inn Suite:  1 king bed, 1 queen sleep sofa, fireplace, kitchenette, and a balcony overlooking our horse pasture.

Honeymoon Suite: features a romantic atmosphere, large tub, and a great view!

Kinsman Cottage: Nestled beside the Franconia Inn, this newly renovated cottage provides the best rest & relaxation the Inn has to offer. The upper floor of this duplex (the Loft) has a great view of Mount Kinsman. The Loft is equipped with a full kitchenette, a king bed, queen bed, twin bed, living room with sleep sofa, and TV. The ground floor of the cottage boasts a king bed, queen bed 2 bathrooms, sitting area with TV and sleep sofa.
