Bourbon 1 oz. Lazy 8 Black Tea Vodka ½ oz. Honey ½ oz. Lemon Juice Hot water to fill How to Make It: Rim the glass with a fresh lemon slice. Hotel Vermont Gin 2 oz. Vermont Cranberry Co. Tart Cranberry ¾ oz. Grains of Paradise simple syrup 1 egg white How to Make It: Combine and shake all ingredients without ice, until frothy.
